Peg Solitaire
Jump a peg over a neighbouring peg into an empty hole and remove the peg you jumped. Try to finish with a single peg.
Select a peg, then a highlighted empty hole two squares away in a straight line. The peg in between is removed. Finish with one peg. Undo is always available. Easy and Standard are smaller solvable puzzles; Hard is the classic board with 32 pegs, and ending in the centre earns a bonus.
How to play
- Tap a peg that can jump. Highlighted holes show where.
- Jump over a neighbouring peg. The jumped peg is removed.
- Leave only one peg. Use Undo if you get stuck.
Tips and tricks
A few ideas that make Peg Solitaire easier and more fun:
- Pegs on the edge are hard to remove, so use them early.
- Keep pegs together in small groups instead of leaving loners.
- Think of the last jump first: where should the final peg end up?
