Tips and tricks
A few ideas that make Look Back easier and more fun:
- Say the pictures quietly to yourself, like a chant: fox, key, fox.
- Let go of pictures that are too old. Only the last few matter.
- Start on Easy to find the rhythm, then try two back.

The N-back task is a well-known exercise from psychology research on working memory. Biuno turns it into a calm, untimed game with pictures.
Why it works
You update a rolling list in your mind and compare. The task uses working memory and attention.
These are the skills used during play; improvement outside the game is not established.
